Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of a collaborative learning model integrated with Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in the Indonesian Language subject for Grade XI students at MA An-Najah 1. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach using a library research method by reviewing relevant scientific literature on collaborative learning and PBL. The findings indicate that integrating collaborative learning with PBL creates a more active, interactive, and student-centered learning environment. Through group discussions, problem identification, information gathering, solution development, and presentation of findings, students are encouraged to enhance their critical thinking, communication, collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving skills. The implementation of this learning model also improves students' participation, responsibility, and independent learning throughout the Indonesian language learning process. Therefore, the collaborative learning model integrated with Problem-Based Learning can serve as an effective instructional strategy for improving the quality of both the learning process and learning outcomes at the secondary education level.
