Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam pengelolaan keuangan perusahaan semakin didorong oleh perkembangan teknologi keuangan (fintech) yang berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi sistem keuangan internal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fintech terhadap efisiensi operasional dan transparansi informasi dalam manajemen keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dan mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fintech berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efisiensi operasional perusahaan, serta berdampak langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap transparansi informasi melalui mediasi efisiensi. Fintech terbukti mempercepat proses transaksi, meningkatkan akurasi pelaporan, dan memperkuat kontrol internal melalui sistem keuangan berbasis teknologi. Selain itu, peningkatan efisiensi melalui fintech turut mendorong terciptanya sistem keuangan yang lebih terbuka, dapat diaudit secara real-time, dan akuntabel. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi fintech dalam sistem manajemen keuangan bukan sekadar inovasi teknis, melainkan strategi manajerial yang mampu membentuk budaya kerja yang efisien dan transparan. Temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar penyusunan strategi digitalisasi keuangan perusahaan serta referensi kebijakan dalam mendukung transformasi keuangan berbasis teknologi di sektor bisnis.
