HUBUNGAN SELF CARE MANAGEMENT DAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DENGAN KUALITAS HIDUP PADA PENDERITA DENGAN PENYAKIT GAGAL JANTUNG KONGESTIF (CHF)

Gagal jantung kongestif (Congestive Heart Failure/CHF) merupakan salah satu penyakit kronis yang berdampak serius terhadap penurunan kualitas hidup penderitanya. Rendahnya kemampuan pasien dalam mengelola diri (self care management) serta kurangnya dukungan keluarga merupakan faktor yang dapat memperburuk kondisi dan menurunkan kualitas hidup pasien CHF. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self care management dan dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup pada penderita gagal jantung kongestif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelatif menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Spearman Rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara self care management dengan kualitas hidup dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,163 dan nilai signifikansi (p-value) 0,036. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,245 dan nilai signifikansi (p-value) 0,001.
