Improving the professional competence of teachers in the digital era requires adaptive infrastructure governance, particularly for elementary schools in areas with geographical constraints. This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of school asset management in increasing the professional competence of elementary school teachers in the digital era, covering planning, utilization, maintenance, and contextual barriers and solutions. This research applies a qualitative research design with a case study approach. Data collection procedures were conducted through semi-structured in-depth interviews with the Principal and 5 teachers, participatory field observations using checklists, and documentary studies of technology inventory lists and RKAS. Data analysis techniques utilized the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that digital asset planning at SDN 3 Sukamulya is integrated through ARKAS BOS based on participatory input from teachers. Asset utilization successfully shifts the teacher's role from consumer to producer of creative learning content by optimizing offline-based applications and internal training in the learning community (Kombel) every two weeks. Despite facing severe geographical challenges such as mountainous terrain, damaged roads, unstable internet connectivity, and power outages due to extreme weather, the school implements adaptive contingency strategies. These strategies include creating offline hotspots from used routers, mass downloading content at mountain peaks, and enhancing basic troubleshooting skills for teachers. Planned and participatory asset management is proven to be an essential foundation for creating digitally literate and innovative teachers amidst infrastructure limitations.
