Design of a Website-Based Non-National Health Insurance Patient Registration Aplikasi at Mutiara Pratama Clinic

Abstract

The registration process for Non-JKN patients at the Mutiara Pratama Clinic is still done manually, causing long queues, delays in service, and the risk of identity recording errors. The absence of a digital queue system also requires patients to arrive early to get a queue number. The purpose of this study is to design and build a website-based application system that can manage non-National Health Insurance (JKN) patient data, especially in the registration section effectively, efficiently, and in a structured manner at the Mutiara Pratama Clinic. This type of research is qualitative using the waterfall method with 1 registration officer as the research subject and the research object is the design of a patient registration application with a waterfall approach. The data used are primary data with the instruments used being interviews and tape recorders, then the data is processed and analyzed by describing the data that has been obtained from the economic aspect and evaluating the suitability of the Non-JKN patient registration application and the design of the website-based application. The research results show that the resulting application has login and registration features, a patient registration form, automatic queue numbers, proof of registration printing, and an admin dashboard. The system is built with a client-server architecture using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. Implementation shows that the application is able to simplify registration, speed up services, and reduce recording errors. The Mutiara Pratama Clinic is expected to utilize this application optimally with the support of computer devices, a stable internet network, and a data backup system, along with regular training for staff so that the application can run as needed.
