Queuing System, Registration CounterAbstract
Queuing is a procedure associated with the arrival of patients at health care facilities. Then wait in line to get health services. If the queue that occurs is long enough, it can cause different perceptions of patient satisfaction, which will also affect the assessment of the quality of the service. Research was conducted with a descriptive design. The method used was a questionnaire and check-list sheet. This data collection uses primary data with a sample size of 100 people and sampling techniques using accidental sampling techniques in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the researchers. The results of the study found that of the 100 respondents sampled, most of the respondents (69%) had fast registration service flow, and a small proportion of respondents (31%) had slow service flow. More than most of the respondents (74%) were in accordance with the SOP, and a small proportion of respondents (26%) not in accordance with the SOP, more than most of the respondents (79%) were satisfied with the service at the registration counter, and a small proportion of respondents (21%) were less satisfied with the service at the registration counter. Suggestion: It is better to maximise the socialisation of the flow of registration that is fast and responsive to outpatients so that it does not require a long waiting time in providing services. Management should carry out continuous monitoring and evaluation at the patient registration counter so that problems and obstacles are found and can be resolved quickly.
