Pengelolaan Gangguan Integritas Kulit Dengan Perawatan Luka Modern Pada Ulkus Diabetikum Di Desa Padaan Kota Salatiga
Abstract
Diabetic ulcer is a condition where infection, ulcer and/or destruction of the deepest skin tissue in the feet is found in patients with Diabetes Mellitus (DM) due to nerve abnormalities and peripheral arterial blood vessel disorders. Wound care is an act of treating wounds with septic and antiseptic techniques. Able to describe the management of skin integrity disorders with modern wound care in diabetic ulcers in Salatiga village. Descriptive research type by providing management in the form of patient care in meeting infection prevention needs. The sampling technique with a sample size of 1 person. Management of diabetic ulcer wound care was carried out for 1 month on Mrs. H. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview techniques, observation and modern wound care. The condition of the wound looked pink, elastic texture, there was pus. Management obtained stages of wound healing according to time, did not experience widening of the wound. Suggestions for Mrs. H need to drink special milk every night, and reduce foods and drinks containing sugar so as not to worsen the current condition
