KESELARASAN EKONOMI SYARIAH DENGAN SISTEM EKONOMI KERAKYATAN PERSPEKTIF MUHAMMAD HATTA

Abstract

Poverty in Indonesia has never subsided. In fact, people's economic problems are increasingly plagued by economic inequality and increasingly question where the welfare of the community lies. The alignment of the Islamic economy with the populist economic system from the perspective of Muhammad Hatta is one of the answers to the problem of economic inequality in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find out the importance of harmonizing a populist economic system that remains on sharia principles and to know its application in everyday life. The method used in this research is the library method. This study uses library research methods. The author's research method here is library research with literature study, where the implementation of this research uses literature from various books, notes, and reports on the results of previous research. The literature study technique is carried out by tracing the literature on theories of scientific work, both from books, papers, and online journals. The results of this study indicate that a sharia-based populist economy has several things including sharia economics emphasizing four characteristics, including: 1. Unity (unity), 2. Balance (equilibrium), 3. Freedom (free will) 4. Responsibility (responsibility) ). The three basic components of a populist economy that can develop an Islamic economy are contained in the 1945 Constitution, namely: a). the principle of togetherness, b). power belongs to the people, c). and care more about people.
