Dispepsia syndrome is a digestive disorder often characterized by discomfort in the upper abdomen, such as bloating, a burning sensation, or feeling full quickly when eating. Poor eating habits can increase the risk of developing dispepsia, especially among adolescents who frequently consume high-fat, high-sugar, and low-fiber foods. This study addresses the issue of the high prevalence of dispepsia among female students at SMAN 8 Seluma. The study aims to examine the relationship between eating habits and the occurrence of dispepsia among students at SMAN 8 Seluma. The research used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, and the sample was selected randomly, consisting of 75 participants. The data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyses with a chi-square test. The results showed that the majority of respondents (73.3%) had irregular eating habits, and 70.7% of them experienced dispepsia. The statistical test yielded a p-value of 0.001 (<0.05). The study concludes that there is a relationship between eating habits and dispepsia among students at SMAN 8 Seluma. It is recommended that SMAN 8 Seluma collaborates with the nearest health center to provide education to students about the dangers of irregular eating habits that can lead to dispepsia
