However, at Regional General Hospital X, the audit process is still performed manually using spreadsheets, which leads to inefficiencies and a high risk of errors. This community service project aimed to design a digital interface for qualitative audits to enhance the effectiveness of audit activities and support integration with Electronic Medical Records (EMR). The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving observation, interviews, and the collaborative design and validation of a prototype with audit staff and field supervisors. The results showed that the proposed interface design reduced administrative workload, improved data accuracy, and expedited reporting processes. The prototype received positive responses from users and is expected to serve as an initial step toward the digital transformation of hospital quality audit systems</p> Fita Rusdian Ikawati, Untung Slamet Suhariyono, Ryan Dwi Saputra, Saepul Muslim, Ananda Agustin Margareta, Arnoldus Anugerah Agung, Jazilatul Maghfiroh, Tirta Hadi Santoso, Akbar Novando Putra Wahandika, Sheyla Nur Afni Copyright (c) 2025 JURNAL PENGABDIAN KESEHATAN https://journal.bengkuluinstitute.com/index.php/JUPENGKES/article/view/1382 Fri, 30 May 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Examination of blood pressure as an effort to prevent public health to increase awareness of healthy lifestyles https://journal.bengkuluinstitute.com/index.php/JUPENGKES/article/view/1332 <p>Hypertension is one of the most common non-communicable diseases that often presents without symptoms but carries a high risk of severe complications such as heart disease and stroke. This community service activity was conducted in Jayan Village, Boyolali, through educational sessions and health screenings involving local residents as participants. The results showed that 81% of participants were identified as having hypertension at various levels. This program successfully improved community understanding of early detection of high blood pressure and encouraged lifestyle modifications.
